How Does EMS Training Work?

During traditional strength training the brain sends impulses which stimulate certain muscles to contract. However, not all muscles have a well-developed connection to the brain and these muscles are not activated as easily and therefore they will not develop so well. EMS Training stimulates all the major muscle groups and also helps to develop the motoric nerve connections relating to muscle movement. By sending electric impulses directly to these motoric nerves, even the weakly connected muscles are activated. Because muscle fibers are activated in a non-regular order with EMS Training, a more intense level of training is enabled from the start, which creates more muscle fiber at an accelerated rate. More active muscle tissue requires more energy intake which therefore burns more calories, even at rest!

What makes EMS training Unique?

Our EMS training devices, our design, and their unique features make the Neext Body training exceptionally effective. The combination of the comfortable, yet well-fitted training suit and the advanced stimulation technologies also adds to the effectiveness of the EMS training.

The advantage of our Neext Body exercises is in an individual training session, where the strength and intensity of training are adjusted to the individual. Our trainers will listen to your wishes and adjust their training to them.

“Time is money” as the old saying goes, and it is especially relevant in today’s busy world. With EMS you can achieve the results of a 90-minute training in just 20 minutes, including strengthening and cardio sessions according to your preference.

Since targeted EMS training helps all muscles work simultaneously, you only need 20 minute training sessions once or twice a week depending on your fitness level and goals. Each 20 minute EMS session not only equals roughly 90 minutes of traditional weight training, but comes with an added cardiovascular benefit as well. Over weeks and months, that amounts to lots of time spent away from the gym.

Our clients benefit from back pain relief as well. That’s because our Xbody suit is lined with electrodes along the spinal column, which stimulates those rarely trained back muscles. The strengthening of these muscles via electrical stimuli often leads less strain on the back, better posture, and relief from back pain.

Since the high intensity of EMS training optimizes strengthening workouts, it alters how the body burns calories. This results in an effective tool for weight loss, reduction of inches, cellulite, and fat removal.

When electrical impulses target the muscles directly they increase joint stabilization. Because there is little or no pressure on the joints, they are not overworked, as is often the case with traditional weight workouts. This provides long-term care for your joints.

Neext Body promotes a balanced muscular system. The Xbody suit’s built-in electrodes can be adjusted to stimulate and develop all the muscle groups or just selected ones. This allows you to target “weaker links” for strengthening if desired, thus minimizing and potentially eradicating muscle imbalances.
